RUSH/INSTALLS COMMITTEE TRANSITION
COMMITTEE OVERVIEW
Rush/Installs Committee is a fun and rewarding experience, but requires skills in event planning, keen organization, and high threshold for sociability. In addition to attending weekly meetings, lasting from fifteen to forty-five minutes, members of this committee are expected to engage and fufill the meeting agenda as curated by the committee chairs. Members are expected to volunteer themselves and equally contribute to ensure the brunt of work is not defaulted to the committee chairs. Most notably, all members must communicate amongst themselves, Active House, and Executive Board as rush requires effort from the entire sorority. In regard to Installs, Active House and Executive Board are to provide input that the committee can use in order to plan a successful Installs to celebrate the accomplishments of the semester.

The committee chairs host Installs at the end of the semester. Lastly, committee chairs are also expected to update transition documents and ensure a seamless transition for the new committee chairs following elections.
