(1) Create groupchat with Rush/Installs Committee Members, New Member Educator, Vice President External
(2) Figure out weekly meeting times that work for majority of members via When2MeetAt First/Second Meeting: Late May or Early June
(1) Establish rush chairs by committee vote with an election run by New Member Educator if necessary
(2) Brainstorm rush themes and event ideas, assign event leads, but does not have to be concrete yet
(3) Send out a Discord poll asking about Active House availability for hosting a pre-rush event

(1) Fill out rush themes slides and narrow down options

(3) Be especially attentive to the direction of the New Member Educator during two weeks of rush itself
(4) On the day of a rush event, the daily IG story graphic is posted, usually sending out a reminder in the Discord to remind Active House to post the graphic, the location/time of the event, and the attire
(5) Event leads should take attendance of sisters present at the rush event
(6) Event leads should have rushees sign-in at the beginning of each eventMid-September to Late September
